Enjoy a kayak launch across the street, miles of scenic walking and biking trails, and nearby golf. Beautiful year-round! Only 10 minutes to Mashpee Commons for dining and shopping—an ideal base for exploring Cape Cod and day trips to Martha’s Vineyard.
