Quaint water front cottage that has gorgeous views of Popponesset Bay, Nantucket Sound and the well-known Popponesset Spit. Enjoy the stunning sunrise from the comfort of the deck. The bay is a great place to enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and kayaking. Local entertainment include dining, shopping and mini golf at the Popponesset Marketplace (1 mile) or Mashpee Commons (4 miles). It is also close to golf and tennis courts to round out your activities.
The cottage is equipped for one-floor living with two bedrooms (one queen, two twins), open kitchen and dining room, one bathroom, and an outdoor shower which provides that authentic Cape Cod experience. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and Keurig and drip coffee maker. Washer and dryer are available in the basement. Our private beach association has police & security guards that monitor access to our street and beach during July & August. You will have access during your stay.
Also includes wifi and central air. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. AGE 28+ to rent.
