Inside, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms (one king, three queens), a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space for shared meals.

Outside, enjoy a charming front porch, a firepit for cozy evenings, a grill for outdoor cooking, and a spacious yard with seating. With on-site parking and all the amenities you need, this home offers comfort, convenience, and relaxation in the heart of Maryville.

Please ensure pets are house-trained, and that you clean up after them during your stay. Waste bags are located in the closet, and there is a trash can outside for disposal. The yard will be inspected after each stay and if any pet waste is found, a $50 cleaning charge shall be assessed.

Guests will have complete access to the entire house and yard.

This was a dream property to stay at! Every detail is covered in this location. From extra linens, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom extras, games, beautiful back yard and front porch…nothing was left to be desired. So grateful for the wonderfully curated space!

We loved our stay at the Blue House on Main. I felt like I was staying at someone's home rather than a rental. It was tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay- a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary snacks, cozy seating for conversation inside and on the patios, four bedrooms with very comfortable beds. It's a true gem!

Blue house stay

We stayed 2 days over a holiday weekend. We had a easy check in and greeted with a great snack basket. The house is beautifully decorated and so inviting. The 4 bedrooms upstairs was great for everyone to have there own little space. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with anything you might forget. We enjoyed the grill and firepit for one evening. Great location on the main st. About a mile down the road from stores, gas station, restaurants etc. Tons of parking. We will definitely stay again when we come to visit.
