Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place just steps from campus. Our home was completely remodeled summer 2024. It has a newly landscaped, fenced yard, fire pit for outdoor fun, and plenty of space to spread out. We welcome your furry friends and have onsite parking and laundry along with a pool table for indoor fun. We know you will feel right at home with all new furnishings and all the things you would need for a getaway. Just pack your bags and we will take care of the rest.

Our yard has corn hole and bocce ball, along with a fire pit area. We have indoor games as well. This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs as well as 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. The pool table room is located on the first floor as well. There is both a dining table that seats 8 as well as a stool seating in the kitchen. A huge screen tv for movie night as well as a full laundry room for your longer trips. There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars and parking in the back of the home for 1 cars. Street parking is also available. You can`t get any closer for NW football games and can walk a block to the game. We believe this home has it all! The yard is newly fenced and is growing grass spring 2025.

I totally understand that the property is listed as pet friendly but the amount of dog hair on the floors was awful.

The interior is very nice and comfortable. The exterior is a work on progress.The electricity needs some work. The downstairs bathroom light went out, but the host came any took care of it. Probably was a circuit breaker. The outlet in the dining room doesn't work. As an elderly person I feel the front steps need a railing and there are a couple loose bricks. The downstairs shower could use a grab bar.Thank you.
