The place is clean, the staff is very nice, but the pool is supposed to be open in May - Sept. and it was not, middle of May. The beds have some sort of plastic sheet under the sheet so it sounds super crinkly when you move. The TV has like 5 channels, no guide to see what channels are what it what is on, but it says premium channels on the site.

Very very upset. First they couldn’t find my reservation then my rooms weren’t together and they were on the second floor. I had my 84 year old mother with me and she had to climb up stairs. Our door was messed up/bent and we could see outside. I will not stay there again and don’t recommend it at all.

The man at the front desk at night is awful at customer service. I walked in and he simply said "Name". No greeting, etc. Seems like he hates his job. The female member of staff working in the morning was much better. The whole room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. Walkways smelled of marijuana. Sheets had stains on. Very unclean and unwelcoming place.
