Extremely unwelcoming person at the desk who didn't even bother to say "Hi" or "Welcome". Requested a late check out and the guy rudely replied with a "No". I have been Working as a hotel manager in Brisbane and never have I experienced such a check-in. Please raise your customer service standards.

The staff handed out room key without greeting the guest. There’s hairs on the bed sheets and pillow. The property is 2 kilometers away from the town center. I wonder how this motel is recommended on the top by the platform and why I have chosen it.

On check in I asked about "fresh" Milk. Was told it was in the fridge. No "Fresh" milk but little containers. No service to room over weekends - I do like fresh linen and towels. Considering the price I would have thought the above would be minimum.

Disappointing experience

Room was not serviced during the stay. TV remote didn't work properly. Smoke detector was missing from the room. Soap dispenser wasn't working. Lights tube missing from light fitting. No fresh linen or Clean Towels provided during stay.
