I can't say enough of how appreciative we were to the hotel for allowing us to check in early. We had been driving all night in hopes to reach the hospital before my mother passed. Unfortunately, we did not make it and when we arrived the hotel desk did not even blink and immediately gave us access to our room at 8 am (we were expecting to be at the hospital all day). He even went as far as to tell us, "If you want breakfast we are serving until 10 am." I never been to a hotel that was so understanding. If there is ever a need to return to the area, they will definitely get my business.

The room I got in had hair all over the sheets on both beds and not pet hair either. The carpet was sticky and the side table when I wiped it the wipe was black!
