All in all, the stay was good and I would stay there again.The location was close to the Village of Appomatox. The rooms were clean except for stains on the floor and chairs. The breakfast that was advertised wasn't fantastic. It was cold cereal and a bit of fruit.

Convenient location but I wouldn't stay here again; room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile, breakfast coffee machine broken, seems like hotel management needs to pay more attention to property so the staff are able to provide a better experience for guests.

coffee machine was out of order @ breakfast. Coffee machine in room had coffee grinds from last guest, there was one cup and one single serve coffee pod in the room. Had to request more from the front desk. Had to clean tub before taking a shower. There were ants in the room, freezer section of refrigerator was solid ice and hair conditioner dispenser was empty.

The room was filthy. They texted to ask if I needed anything. I responded with I need a new bed spread because it looks like the one has dried boogers on it. Crickets. The shower was rife with mildew and had several hairs in it. One of the bottles of supplies in the shower had dried product on it. I woke up the morning after my stay (I checked out on a Saturday and woke up Sunday) with bed bugs bites on my face, arms, and legs. Do not recommend.

Room was typical for this price range. What made our experience outstanding was the friendliness of the breakfast hostess Mary. She took pride in keeping the area clean, well stocked and being cordial to the guests! I’d stay here again just to visit with Mary at breakfast again!
