A cozy and spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace offering a beautiful view of the rooftops of Martina Franca and the Itria Valley. The apartment is located right in the city center (ZTL), just steps away from Piazza Roma and Palazzo Ducale, and overlooks the small square and the narrow streets of the historic center. All points of interest and amenities are within easy walking distance. The Martina Franca train station is a 15-minute walk away.



The 98-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator: you must therefore climb two flights of high steps to access it. Please also note that there is a flight of 10 high steps leading to the terrace.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living room with dining table, sofa, and TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, a single bed, a dresser, and a TV

- Bedroom II with a double bed and a closet

- Bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub with a shower enclosure

- Terrace equipped with a washing machine, a table, and 4 chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, hot/cold split air conditioning unit at the apartment entrance, fan, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Martina Franca is a charming Baroque-style town located in the heart of the Itria Valley and nestled among typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is marvelous, filled with monumental buildings and churches, including the famous 18th-century Basilica of San Martino, rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant’Antonio, which houses a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the Valle d’Itria takes its name. A visit to the Palazzo Ducale, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale, with its shaded paths adorned by neoclassical fountains, is a must. Also not to be missed are visits to nearby Alberobello, famous worldwide for its trulli, and to the beautiful town of Locorotondo.
