I LOVED this place. Overall, I didn't fall in love with Martha's Vineyard, but I LOVED, LOVED LOVED this hotel. The spa was incredible, the pool was amazing, the room was comfortable...they had everything I could want. But the STAFF really made the experience over the top. I loved interacting with them. They were helpful, friendly, made excellent recommendations for food. Our room was always clean. If you go to Martha's Vineyard ... Stay HERE!

The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System.

Everything about Mansion Inn we loved… going on the roof top. The room was perfect and very clean, they had great eating options all around, all things were easy to get to, staff was extremely friendly and kind. Was not able to get into pool because of classes.
