2/10 Terrible

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The bathroom was disgusting. I had to clean the toilet and floor. I didn't even try to use the shower. The bathroom smelled of urine also and the floor was sticky. At least the sheets on the bed looked clean. It was also very loud all night long. Doors slamming, and whatever the other loud noises were, plus the people talking. I had an infant and it was terrible.

It’s ok for a basic stay but they are charging too much I think. First off the bathroom was dirty streaks of residue everywhere and tub was getting moldy in a corner. One towel for double queen beds with pull out couch. Pool area was full of dead bugs and algae puddles on the ground, cobwebs visible. No towels in pool area. Staff were barely at the desk ever. Nobody there at night. The only reason we picked this hotel is because it was the biggest room to accommodate 5 people. We won’t be back.
