It was a first for me to use a "kiosk" to check into my room. But it was easy and painless. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the breakfast didn't start until after we left in the morning, so I don't know how well they did. The coffee was not good. Other than that, everything was fine.

They have a kiosk that you use to check in. It takes longer than normal check-ins. Housekeeping came knocking on the door at 9 even though we got the room for 2 nights. Ran out of toilet paper went down to the desk and the guy on the kiosk said that nobody was there until 7am got us to get more toilet paper. I like this hotel but this new kiosk system and having nobody there incase you need something or something goes wrong with your room is complete insane someone should be on site 24/7. Oh and no more hot tub either
