My kinda stay

This is my #1 choice to stay when I’m in Marshall. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, always ready and inviting. I don’t need anything fancy and I appreciate the competitive pricing!

Exceeded my expectations

The price was suspiciously low. Although it is an older motel, the room was clean, surprisingly had a king size bed, fridge and microwave, nice flatscreen tv, and towels were not paper thin. Don’t know what more I could have wanted. Yes u would stay here again. I travel overnight about 8 nights a month.

The rooms were clean and the staff was great and friendly only complaint is the flashing green light on the smoke detector that was extremely bright.

The place isn't fancy, but was very clean. The check in was fast. Was pleasantly surprised that the pet fee was only $10, which was very appreciated. The manager (owner?) was attentive but condescending. Lovely location next to the campus, which offered great walking options.

This is a small establishment but the rooms are cozy and clean. Bruce is very accommodating; the customer service is top notch. The price was very affordable, and there are plenty of places within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Experience

Stayed here when I was in town to DJ a wedding. The check in process was super easy, and I appreciated them letting me check in a little early so I could get to my gig and not have to check in in the middle of the night. Would totally stay again.

For a one night stay this meet all our needs. It was easy to check in and clean. It had a high deodorant smell, a flashing green light on smoke/fire detector (until we hung a shirt over it). Compared to the competitors in town the price was reasonable and provide all we needed.
