This is a dependable hotel and we use it a lot when visiting our kid at SMSU. The rooms are clean and it’s nice to have a very large pool on site and expansive area to hang out near it. Breakfast is better than some.

It was ok until we found our room was infested with grease ants all over TV stand and in the carpet the next morning. Cookie from the front desk when we checked in at 10 pm the night before had at least 20 ants crawling on it in the morning. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Our stay was quiet and the facility is clean. You can tell the rooms are old and need updating, but overall they are comfortable. They do a good job of keeping the lobby area nice and clean. Breakfast is nothing great but it’s nice that it’s an option. The pool needs major updating as the bottom is chipping off. Staff isn’t rude but they also aren’t going out of their way to be friendly. This was my second time staying here. Love the convenience of being next to a few places to easily grab food.

Unfortunately this hotel is quite outdated. For what we paid for the room I expected more. This hotel was completely booked and there was only one staff person working-he was great but clearly overwhelmed. Also the keys to our door didn’t work and he was unable to fix it. Had to be let in with the master key.
