The room was immaculate. The fridge is huge for leftovers. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was our first time to the Bahamas and we felt treated like family. Just wonderful.

Check in process was easy, room was great, location was great with two restaurants within a few hundred feet, a grocery store within an easy 1/2 mile distance, ice cream and breakfast cafe next door. Note: rooms are upstairs without an elevator above office building. Only 4 rooms total so very quiet and appealing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was extremely clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. It is across from the ferry and several restaurants, which makes it an easy location to walk places. For the low price, it was more than expected.

Great communication. Was able to check in early without a fee. The nice lady I spoke with called me and met me at the room to give me a key. It was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC and ceiling fans worked well along with the tv (which is all set up with netflix account to use). Felt safe with cameras on building and walkable. I would absolutely stay again.

Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine.

The room was great but we had accidentally booked for the wrong month. We booked the right month and spoke to the lady at check in - she assured us that they had received our request to get a refund. After that I heard nothing except that Hotels.com had tried to contact them about this and heard nothing back - so too bad. We are out a lot of money (yes, I know it was non-refundable) but in this circumstance it’s pretty obvious that it’s an honest mistake and the had another month to rebook the room and we did book another night with them in lieu of it on the correct date. Very disappointed.
