A peaceful retreat between the sea and a pine forest

We are renting out our detached house completely renovated between 2021 and 2025. A true haven of peace between the sea and the pine forest in the very popular area of Baguier, in absolute calm with a breathtaking view of the sea, not overlooked it is ideal for people wishing to recharge their batteries. The house has direct access to hiking and/or mountain biking trails in the hills of La Ciotat/Ceyreste. Beaches of La Ciotat 8 minutes by car, Lesques beach 15 min.

The house consists of:

- a living / dining room opening onto a magnificent terrace of 110 m2 with sea view

- a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, induction hob. Washing machine.

- 1 large master suite upstairs with private terrace with sea view and its en-suite bathroom with shower, large bath, double sink and WC

- 2 bedrooms with double bed on the first floor with French window opening onto the terrace

- a 2nd shower room and separate toilet on the first floor.

- 1 mezzanine with double bed

- 1 terrace of 110 m2 with sea view and private jacuzzi

- a private parking lot that can accommodate 4 vehicles

- a large garden of more than 1 hectare of pine forest in absolute calm not overlooked

The house, completely renovated, is equipped with WIFI (fiber) and reversible air conditioning/heating throughout the house.

Please note:
- Pets are allowed at no extra charge. Please note that the garden is not completely fenced, so your animals may occasionally come across cats and dogs from the neighbourhood

- Please note that during the summer, barbecues and other types of fires are prohibited in the region.

- Parties and events are not allowed, in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the neighbourhood.
