Eine schöne Woche mit allem, was das Herz begehrt: tolle großzügige Wohnung, viel Platz, umfangreiche Ausstattung, idyllischer Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen, Spielen und Entspannen. Umfangreiches Angebot für Familien: Kicker, Basketball, Pool, Tischtennis, Boule, Grill - alles da!Die Gastgeber sind über die Maße freundlich, zu jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, geben Tipps für Ausflüge, geben schnelle Hilfe! Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür! Selten solche Gastfreundschaft erlebt.Wir sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gereist. Alles, was man braucht und sehen möchte ist problemlos zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Das Haus und die Umgebung bietet sowohl für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (als auch für Familien mit Jugendlichen, bei mir 13 und 14) alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Entspannter Aufenthalt in toller Wohnung

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in La Ciotat verbracht. Die sehr geräumige Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend eher am Ortsrand, das Zentrum von La Ciotat war aber mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern gut zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker und andere kleinere Geschäfte sind ebenso wie eine kleine Badebucht am Meer fußläufig zu erreichen. Toll war auch der großen Garten mit Pool, den wir nach unseren Ausflügen ausgiebig genutzt haben. Besonderen Dank möchten wir an unsere netten Vermieter aussprechen, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit tollen Ausflugtipps versorgt haben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen superschönen Urlaub, der leider viel zu schnell vorbei war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Da die Terrasse komplett überdacht ist, kann man auch bei Wind und Regen draußen sitzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Lokale.Kleine Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar, größere Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbar! Merci!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der schönen Wohnung mit großzügigem Garten und Pool genossen. Die Villa ist neu und stilvoll renoviert, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, voll ausgestattete Küche, Griller, Spielzeug, 4 Fahrräder, Boccia-Kugeln, Bücher. Der kühle Garten ist ideal auch für Kinder und der Pool ist gut gesichert. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem und sauberen Zustand, die sympathischen Vermieter geben gerne Tipps und legen viel Infomaterial über „La Ciotat“ und Umgebung bereit. Die nahegelegenen Strände und Buchten sind sehr einladend, Marseille und Aix-en-Provence sind ein Katzensprung entfernt. In kühleren Jahreszeiten ist es perfekt auch zum Wandern! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, wir würden am liebsten wieder hinfahren.

Vacances calmes et reposantes

En voyage avec 2 petites filles (2 et 4 ans), nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité des différentes plages, la piscine et la tranquilité du quartier. Des petites excursions sont réalisables facilement (Cassis, les Calanques, Zoo de Sanary) et le paysage vaut le détour. M. et Mme du Chaffaut sont très prévenants, attentionnés et de bon conseil. La villa est propre et bien entretenue, elle correspond tout à fait à la description et nous la recommandons sans hésitation. Un séjour parfait, avec beaucoup de soleil, quelques verres de rosé et très peu de mistral !

Un sejour parfait !!!

Tout les critères sont réunis a l'Abris Cotier pour passer des vacances de rêve. Le pavillons se trouve dans un petit lotissement très calme, tout a coté des petits commerces, et pas très loin des villes touristiques comme Bandol, Sanaris et Cassis. Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets et toujours de bon conseil, leur petit paradis est juste parfait, tout est à la hauteur, la propreté (intérieur/extérieur), l'agencement, l’aménagement, l'équipement, la sécurité pour les grands comme pour les petits tout est prévus pour que chacun y trouve sont petit moment de plaisir. Et bien plus encore...Il est évident que nous recommandons cette location aux familles qui comme la notre ont des enfants et qui souhaitent passer des vacances reposantes si cela reste possible pour les familles nombreuses!!!!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung, guter Standort

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel von La Ciotat. Sie hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, stilvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Bad und WC waren sauber, aber sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr groß und es fehlt nichts, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, dass man sich bei ihnen wohlfühlt. Der lange Sandstrand in Les Lecques ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Zum Bäcker läuft man ca. 5 Minuten, zu den Supermärkten sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, aber auch nach Aix, Marseille oder andere Ziele in der Provence. Wir waren dort Anfang bis Mitte Oktober. Man konnte noch gut im Meer baden und die Sonne genießen. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Familienfreundliche Wohnung, Erholung garantiert

Wir fanden eine nett eingerichtete Wohnung, welche sehr gut ausgestattet,und für Familien bestens geeignet ist. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, verfügt über eine schöne Terasse und einen tollen Garten, in dem man seine Kinder trotz Swimmingpool ohne Sorgen wunderbar spielen lassen kann, da der Pool gesichert ist. Die Besitzer (wohnen im ersten Stock) sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und beraten einen bei Bedarf gerne in punkto Ausflüge. Es herrscht eine wohltuende Athmosphäre, sowohl in der Villa, als auch in der Wohngegend, so dass man sich wirklich wunderbar erholen kann. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns selbst schon auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Fantastic!

We (a swedish family of two adults plus two children 11 and 13) had a perfect stay with Catherine and Pierre in La Ciotat! The owners are very friendly and always helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and everything is clean and fresh. The garden is wonderful and spacious with a private Patanque (boule) court, and lots of fruit trees and other plants. The pool and the surrounding area is really perfect in the afternoon during the hottest hours. We all loved it! 6-7 minutes walk to a small beach, and about 10 minutes on bikes to the long sandy beach in La Ciotat. 5 minutes to nearest bakery and shop. We couldn't have found a better place to stay and we recommend it to everyone! It's worth every euro!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren jetzt schon zweimal in den Osterferien in dem Appartement. Es ist großzügig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, weil ruhig, aber doch stadtnah. Die Terrasse liegt windgeschützt, was wegen des manchmal heftig wehenden Mistrals ein wichtiges Detail ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir schon jahrelang nach La Ciotat fahren, bekamen wir immer wieder aktuelle Tipps für Unternehmungen. Bei jeglichen technischen Problemen (von denen es kaum welche gab) war Hilfe sofort zur Stelle. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Nous revenons à peine de notre séjour à La Ciotat dans ce grand rez de villa. (2 couples)Tout est conforme aux descriptions faites par les propiétaires, qui sont très discrets et attentionnés envers leurs locataires. Rien ne manque dans la maison et tout a été pensé, pour que nous n'ayons rien à chercher. L'eau de la piscine n'est jamais descendue en dessous de 28° et la terrase autour permet d'alterner ombre et soleil. La mer est à deux pas, et le reste pas bien loin non plus! Bref en un mot, vous pouvez y aller sans vous poser de questions, vous y serez comme chez vous!!!! Des tourangeaux ravis (et qui gardent précieusement l'adresse...)

Un régal pour les familles nombreuses !

Une demeure a couper le souffle, neuve, propre, soignée, équipée et calme, tout est réunis pour des vacances réussies à l'Abri côtier. Les plus grands y trouverons tout pour se détendre (transat, terrasse, piscine, musique, terrain de boule et très bonne literie...) et les plus petits tout pour se distraire ( piscine, baby-foot, jeu de société, télé, DVD, bibliothèque...), un jardin spacieux, très bien ombrager et plutôt calme permet de pouvoir déjeuner à l'ombre et au frais quand la terrasse est ensoleillée et donne aux plus petits un espace de jeu spacieux, sécurisé et sécurisant pour nous parents. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmant, discret et très accueillant, ils ont le souci du détail pour faire de leur location un petit paradis et sont près a tout pour vous facilité la vie ( prêt de lit bébé, chaise haute...), toujours souriant, ils sont de bons conseils sur les activités environnantes. Nous y renouvelleront très certainement nos vacances et à l'image de celle de cette année, elles seront sans aucuns doute tout à fait formidable !

Confort, espace, qualité d'accueil

Très bel appartement spacieux et lumineux, en RDC d'une grande maison, de plain pied sur une grande terrasse exposée sud donnant sur jardin avec de beaux arbres. Le tout très fonctionnel, deux chambres, un grand salon, une grande cuisine très bien équipée, une belle SDB. Le tout refait à neuf récemment; bonne literie; décoration très agréable; jeux, livres pour adultes et enfants, TV, musique. Notre séjour fin octobre nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse; nous imaginons bien en été le plaisir de la piscine et du barbecue. La maison est très calme, située à la sortie de La Ciotat direction Les Lecques. Mer à proximité. Nécessité d'avoir un véhicule pour aller au centre de La Ciotat. Aucune difficulté de parking devant la maison. L'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et leur attention discrète ont été très appréciés. A recommander sans réserve.

Confort, espace, calme ET proximité des plages

Nos vacances à l'Abri Côtier ont débuté par un accueil chaleureux digne d'une chambre d'hôtes ; C. et P. Du Chaffaut sont disponibles, très attentifs à notre confort et à notre bien-être. Le logement est spacieux, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, confortable et très bien équipé. Point important pour nous : la literie est d'excellente qualité et très propre. La distribution des pièces est bien pensée, la chambre dédiée aux enfants est à la fois proche et à l'écart. Nous sommes partis à 3 générations, le logement peut accueillir deux familles sans problème en respectant l'intimité de tout le monde. Les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, la piscine, protégée aux normes de sécurité, n'est pas un bassin olympique mais nous l'avons largement appréciée pour nous rafraîchir et jouer avec les enfants qui ont bénéficié des jeux mis à disposition. Les grands ont également profité des transats, du boulodrome et de longues soirées sur la terrasse, jouant aux cartes ou au baby-foot, lui aussi à disposition ainsi que de nombreux jeux de société, livres, dvd ou cd. La mer, les plages sont proches (à partir de 5OO m) cependant le quartier est particulièrement calme, propice au repos et à la farniente pour celles et ceux qui le souhaitent. En résumé il est fort possible que j'y renouvelle un séjour en famille, le prix est en adéquation avec les prestations offertes.

Nous avons passés nos vacances d'aout 2010 dans cette propriété et nous souhaitons vivement y retourner car le descriptif est totalement conforme à l'annonce et les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathique et discret. Les commodités à proximité de la maison sont pratique (boulangerie, kiosque à journaux...) ainsi que celle de la location (babyfoot, terrain de pétanque, piscine...). Des vacances idylliques sont le soleil et la chaleur.

Un super endroit pour passer de très bonnes vacances. La maison est idéalement située, proche de la plage. L'accueil est de qualité, la maison a été restaurée avec grand soin. La situation est calme. C'est un endroit dans lequel nous retournerons certainement. Poue notre part elle mérite une appréciation globale de 5 sur 5 à tous niveaux !
