You reach it after walking past rows of olive and cypress trees along a small dirt path, which leads right up to this beautiful white villa, with an almost Greek-style appearance, and which hides the most beautiful thing it has to offer: a Garden of Eden overlooking the Mediterranean, flanked by a mountain to the left whose color shifts throughout the day, and the charming village of Cassis to the right, a 15-minute walk away. Peace and tranquility reign supreme here, with high-quality outdoor amenities designed for endless family moments: a pizza oven, a plancha grill, outdoor music, a bocce court, an infinity pool, and swings for the kids. In the garden, there are practically as many designated spots as there are different times of day...
Inside, this airy, dual-aspect villa perched on the hillside remains cool and pleasant at all times. While it doesn’t have air conditioning, that’s because it’s never needed it. It does, however, have fans for the hottest nights.
The main villa features 4 bedrooms, including 1 on the first floor with its own bathroom. The others are on the first floor, offering beautiful views and ideal sunlight. They share 2 bathrooms.
Finally, the living areas, all featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, offer a high level of comfort—perfect for afternoons spent watching the Tour de France...
And then, beneath the pool, a small cottage—a peaceful haven that’s completely self-contained and independent—offers an additional double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, set apart from the main house. Ideal for a nanny and children or a couple with young children who follow a different schedule than the rest of the family.
