Absolutely terrible - do not stayOur stay was bad from the start. First we had to pick up the key in a dodgy hotel that was a 20 minute walk from the flat. Once at the flat, we were met by a broken door that clearly had been broken into several times - it literally had a hole through which you could see the inside. The flat itself was filthy and had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, on the counters and the toilet and bathroom had not been cleaned (!). The ceiling light in the toilet was broken, and since it did not have a window we had to use our phones for light. The bed was super uncomfortable and I can't even get started on the sofa bed which was in even worse condition. Broken and disgusting. The ad says it fits 3 people, but nobody should have to sleep on that sofa bed.Needless to say, the photos did not correspond to reality. The flat was much smaller, much dirtier, disgusting in fact, and unpleasant. I submitted a complaint and although one of the staff members was kind on the phone and tried to help, I was ony reimbursed half of the amount I paid. I still had to pay the cleaning fee which is a joke considering how dirty everything was. The landlord's solution was that he "would fix the sofa bed after our departure." How was the meant to help us?We checked out after one night and moved apartment, which improved our weekend significantly. Follow our advice and do not stay here, it's not worth a single euro.
