Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit schönem, abgeschlossenem Garten!

Pros: Toller Garten, auch für unseren Hund; zwei bequeme, "richtige" Betten (nicht nur 140cm breit...); schöner Essplatz auf der Terrasse mit prima Elektrogrill; gutes WLAN; TV mit Amazon Prime Möglichkeit; bequemes, neueres Sofa als in der Anzeige; separates WC; fußläufig in 10min. am Hafen (zurück, da bergauf, ca. 13min); sehr hilfsbereiter, jederzeit ansprechbarer und freundlicher Gastgeber; sehr ruhige Wohnung mit großen, verglasten Türen; von der Terrasse schöner Blick auf Pinien, Zypressen und das dahinter liegende Meer; keinerlei Probleme mit warmem Wasser (war jederzeit unbegrenzt verfügbar und konstant); bequeme Sonnenliegen Cons: Die Dusche sollte unbedingt neu verfugt werden; die Küche war stellenweise reparaturbedürftig (hat der Vermieter schon im Plan...); zwei Nachttische wären schön gewesen; Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional i.O.
