The apartment located on the first floor of the Villa is very bright. It is air-conditioned and has a very nice view of the surrounding countryside, from the terrace and the balcony.

Inside, the living room, separate from the kitchen, has a large bay window (large sliding French window) which opens onto the balcony. The pool is always clean and clear as it is checked and treated daily. From the pool area you have the view of the garden, and of the house in its entirety.
You can get to the nearest beaches (sand or pebbles) on foot, through an access between the villas or by car (2 minutes by car), the sea is about 600 meters away. Many parking lots allow you to park your vehicle.
