A RARE FIND FOR RENT: a charming duplex apartment for 2 to 4 guests, a 5-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the harbor. In the heart of downtown Cassis. All shops are within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and shopping. Perfect for taking a boat trip to explore the Calanques or strolling through the Provençal market on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings. We offer a very bright, renovated apartment on the third floor with a view of the rooftops of Cassis. It features a living area with a sofa bed (160 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, and a small dining area. A crib is available free of charge for children under 3 years old. Also on the first floor, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, on a charming mezzanine, there is a bedroom with a 180-cm bed and storage space. The Cassis train station is 2 km from the apartment. You can reach Cassis by TER train directly from Marseille St. Charles (18 minutes) and Toulon (35 minutes), followed by a shuttle to the center of Cassis. By car, paid parking is available near the building (less than 50 meters away), and there are free street parking spots. Unfortunately, our apartment is not accessible to people with limited mobility (stairs), and pets are not allowed. Rentals are for one week only in July and August; a mandatory cleaning fee of 80 euros is payable on site.
