Le Clos Provençal is a spacious and comfortable villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for holidays with family, friends or even for a business trip. Located in a quiet environment at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is located in the charming village of Gémenos, just a few minutes from Cassis, the creeks and the hiking trails of Garlaban.

As soon as you arrive, you will appreciate the fully fenced and secured land by an electric gate, as well as the large private parking lot allowing you to park several vehicles in complete peace of mind.

Inside, the house offers a bright and warm living room, equipped with a large family table, a sofa, armchairs and an office space. A fireplace is also available to enjoy pleasant and convivial moments during the winter season. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, opens onto a pantry that is very practical for your stays.

The villa has four comfortable bedrooms. On the first floor, a first bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a second bedroom with a single bed 80x190 share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 (which can be separated into two single beds on request) and a baby bed, as well as a bedroom ideal for children, consisting of two bunk beds 90x200 and a single bed 80x190. A second bathroom with shower completes the floor, which is fully air-conditioned for your comfort in summer.

All the rooms on the first floor open onto a large terrace, where you can enjoy a shaded dining area, deckchairs to relax in and a summer kitchen perfectly equipped with a real barbecue. The 2000 m² garden and the 4x10 meter private swimming pool, secure, will allow you to spend unforgettable days under the Provençal sun.

For the comfort of families, a cot and a high chair are available at no extra charge. All linen is provided, including sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels, so you can travel light.
