This hotel was in an excellent location in Marseille's old port. Walkable to everything. The staff was especially nice and helpful. And the steps up to the first floor are not that bad. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Their kindness and professionalism were what stood out the most during my stay and truly made the experience special. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful view of the harbor. Everything was very comfortable, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. I only stayed for one night, but I would absolutely return and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The cocoon room was so cozy and clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. They stored our luggage after checkout with no problem. Loved the setup of the room and the shower and bathroom were very clean and modern. The stairs up to the lobby weren’t a problem with two small suitcases.

Staff are super lovely, room is extremely central. You walk out the front straight on to the port so it's perfectly located for getting around. Room sizes were small, but it was exactly what we needed as we were barely in it other than sleeping!

Good location in the Vieux Port. Great views of the harbour- can be noisy due to entertainment there. Staff not that friendly, rooms clean, breakfast ok. No decaffeinated coffee available but close to cafes. Great market on Sundays.

Great location-steps from the harbour and Metro station. There are step to get to the reception but we had been informed ahead of time. There is a lift from there to the rooms. We got a very warm and friendly welcome. We liked the bottle of cold water offered for our room. A wonderful place to stay.
