staff are very friendly and nice but the prices are way to high. the bar food is basic and poor quality and very expensive. the restaurant food is good quality but is limited it is a one time deal. it is a gastro menu but it doesn't change. staff very good in the restaurant and bar. Spa is basic but nice, staff very kind and friendly but i expect things like the steam room to be included . not to have to pay to use it. overall great staff but needs to do more to be a top hotel

The staff was phenomenal! Very one of them were incredible, and made us feel like we were the only ones in the hotel. From housekeeping to the bar tender to the front desk - absolutely amazing customer service!

New construction, stylish. Our room had a recurring ant problem, locals were rude. Air conditioning could not keep up with summer heat. Bar staff were very nice, but the cook kept coughing directly into his hands and then touching food, very unsanitary.

This was a very modern and relaxing hotel in a small resort village. It has a nice balcony and pool--but the beach is right there is you want to swim in salt water. There is an excellent restaurant on the property, but there are many others very close by in the town surrounding the marina. Everything was clean and convenient and nicely designed!

Enjoyed a lovely 4 night escape at this new hotel. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and with nice extra touches such as well stocked coffee pods and turndown service. The central location was very convenient and easy to reach from the airport with 20min taxi for those without a car. Special mention for the lovely pool and particularly the gorgeous little spa which is exquisite

The hotel is in a lovely setting with the rooms looking out onto the harbour. The best part of the stay was the breakfast (a la carte) and the staff were lovely. The room was missing a few things (towel hooks, drawers and a fridge), but we managed for just a few days.
