Decent, clean, older apartment building. Hard to find as not along the road but you have to walk a couple of minutes along a narrow driveway to find it. Friendly, helpful staff, Harry in particular.

Basic, a little dated but comfortable!

The apartments are clean and functional, they have everything you need to a basic stay, cooking and cleaning! The property and facilities are alittle dated and our shower riser didn’t work so we had to balance the shower head to clean! The beds were reasonably comfy and they do also provide duvets should you wish! Was far too hot for me when we stayed. On checking in the staff did speak alittle English which made checking in easier as my French isn’t great! There is a communal washer and drier downstairs along with a couple of vending machines for the basics! We couldn’t find an immediate shop nearby but the center is only a short tram trip down the road! Overall we were very happy and comfortable and the price was excellent so if your just after a base camp or somewhere to stay for an extended time without breaking the bank I would highly recommend!

Better than expected.

The "hotel" was in a clinic(?), away from commercial places. But it was public transit (Metro 1 and Bus 12) accessible with OK signage. I waited 30 minutes for front desk to open. After that, it was great: very spacious room with kitchenettes. (A continuous hum from bathroom though.) On my departure, the co-managers themselves complimented my French (!) and pulled my 2 roller bags to downstairs.

Average, good for short stay

Don’t arrive on Weekends as checking in can be tricky as there may be no one in reception. Area is quiet and served by a tram.Reception are helpful and there’s washing machine and dryer. Could do with bit more cleanliness and a paint job in apartment I was in.

It's good budget hotel. Little remote from the public transport. I requested for a double bed but got 2 twin beds connected together, did not like it at all. Called several times but no help desk during weekends or after hours. Otherwise cleaning was good and room was specious.

The air conditioner didn’t work, so we opened the window. We were inundated with mosquitos! So we shut the window and baked all night. Terrible, the worst place we’ve stayed in.

Super cheap appart hôtel to use for one night only

I made a reservation for one night only. The appart hotel is located behind a medical unit. There is no people in the lobby at the entrance and door seems to be open all night. So I would be a bit concerned about the safety if I had to stay longer and leave my personal belongings inside. I have not met a single person during my stay as I was given instruction to take my keys in a safe (with keys for other people too). I tried to contact multiple times the phone number that they provided for emergence and i was never Able to reach someone. The room is really average (ok for this price) with a bed comfort that make my night uncomfortable. The kitchen area is super cheap and not adequate for a long stay. I left the place by leaving the key in a mailbox without seeing anybody during my whole stay. I have stayed in place as cheap before and had better impressions. Not value for money but a last minute solution if you have nowhere to go.
