☀ Welcome to Provence! <br>Ideally located near the beaches of the Côte Bleue and the tourist sites of Provence, this cozy house is perfect for holidays with family or friends.<br><br>Welcome to our beautiful home in the heart of the Côte Bleue!<br><br>Let yourself be seduced by the enchanting atmosphere of this house, which instantly transports you to a world of relaxation and well-being.<br><br>Inside, every detail has been thought out for your comfort.<br><br>The 65m2 accommodation has 3 bedrooms: <br><br>- 1 bedroom with bay window and 140cm bed<br><br>- 1 children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds (weight limited to 70kg for the upper beds). <br>This room has no window but a skylight and has a ventilation system.<br><br>- 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with a 160cm bed. Please note that the height of the mezzanine is 1.30m. Access is via the children's bedroom with a narrow staircase (40cm wide). <br><br>- Possibility of providing a travel cot for babies. <br><br><br>The kitchen benefits from the following equipment: <br><br>- Built-in refrigerator with freezer part<br>- Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo capsule). <br>- Toaster<br>- Kettle<br>- Blender<br>- Induction hob.<br>- Hood. <br>- Washing machine<br><br><br>The air conditioning is located in the living room (living room/kitchen). Beautiful House between the airport and Marseille

Location: The house is located between the airport in marignane and Marseille. The sea in L'Estaque is very close. Supermarkets can be reached by foot in 20 minutes. The house: it has everything you need, even for longer stays (we stayed for 3 months). The documentation lists many possible destinations and everything about the interior. If your car is lowered, you may have trouble getting onto the parking area (14cm was not enough in our case). Public parking is free and there are almost always free spaces just across the street. If you have any problems, the Landlady is quick to respond and help. We did not use public transport, but Uber was always an option.We would recommend trips to Avignon and Aix, if you can find the time.

Aménagements complets, propreté, jolie deco, reception tres agréable, mise à dispo (savons, linge, denrées indispensables)au top. Bon rapport qualité prix. Penser à un coffre et un miroir pour se voir sur pied. La" chambre" du haut peu accessible.
