Awful location

The hotel is fine in terms of most things. It says 3 star and that is what you get. However the location is terrible. You have to get a bus and a train to get to most places. We would have used local tacos but there weren’t any! We were given a contact of a chauffeur driven Mercedes by the hotel. Unfortunately it cost us 65 euros each way to go to aubagne which is only a few km away. It is in the middle of an industrial estate and we got the bus back one night but it was quite scary walking back in the dark as it’s not well lit on the 10 min walk back to the hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The personnel (reception, maids) is fantastic. Best hotel ever (and I went to many hotels in my life). I didn't like one thing: I had to leave for the airport: from heaven to hell. This hotel, the service, the friendliness is second to none.

There was not air condition on the room. Because of that they offer a free breakfast. We ate only 2 times,the all time that we stayed at there. When I when to check out they wanted to charge me for breakfast. I got to argue with the gay not to char me. Was disappointed!!!!!

Pleasant stay in an industrial area

I was looking for a pleasant overnight stay in this industrial area. What I found was very friendly staff, a very clean room without carpet (I often have allergy problems in rooms with dirty carpets) and a nice balcony. Breakfast was OK and certainly worth the price.

Hotel in Gemonos, France

Very poor, weak lighting in the room. The bed never got made, the bathroom was never cleaned. The location was far away from everything. "Buffalo Bill" was a tacky neighbor w/it's huge neon lights which shone into our room. Employees were friendly but unhelpful - could hardly speak or understand English. Were not at all knowledgable about boat trip in Cassis , nor was there literature in the hotel about that. It says in your brochure specifically that you have information about that excursian.

Dommage pas à l’écoute des clients.

Je me suis rendu à cet hôtel et je suis très déçu du comportement de l’hôte. Il me donne une chambre derrière l’accueil. Je lui demande de me changer de chambre car je suis sensible au bruit, il me répond ne vous inquiétez pas, l’hôtel est calme il n’y a pas grand monde. Je lui dis vu que l’hôtel est vide donnez moi une autre chambre au lieu de me mettre dans le hall d’entrée. Il me répond : Non. Toute la soirée je l’ai entendu rigoler avec son collègue au moment de la relève et j’ai participé toute la matinée l’organisation du petit déjeuner et les départs des clients. Très mauvaise expérience. Sinon pour l’hôtel rien à signaler de particulier, un peu vieillot mais propre.
