Whether you are active or on holiday (work or pleasure 😉)<br>I put at your disposal this charming little T3 of 46m2 in Martigues, Saint Jean in a residential area. <br>The accommodations are located on my property but has an independent entrance <br>Completely refurbished it has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay; 2 bedrooms with double beds (140*190 cm), fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, bathroom shower, toilet<br>Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.<br>You will have access to the pool every day from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 with the possibility of extending and/or modifying these time slots <br>A bus stop in front of the housing development will take you in 10 minutes to the island of Martigues, also known as "La Venise Provençale"<br>A regional train station nearby will allow you to access the beautiful beaches of Sausset, Carry or La Couronne, access in 15 minutes by car <br>You are ideally located 30 minutes from Marseille, Aix en Provence and Marignane airport. <br><br>Professionals?! the accommodations are located close to the sites of ARCELORMITTAL, LAVERA, KEM ONE, Dassault Air Base -Istres <br><br>We look forward to crossing your path!<br><br>Additional information: <br>The apartment is attached to the house <br>Possibility of 2 additional beds (sofa bed) <br>Free parking space <br>We live on site and respect the privacy of our travelers.<br>

Schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail

Eine sehr schöne relativ neu fertiggestellte gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail. Lage für Erkundungstouren in der Umgebung (Provence, Cote bleue, Camargue etc.) verkehrsgünstig in Saint-Jean Martigues. Sehr nette Vermieterin Sie spricht auch sehr gut Englisch so das auch Verständigung gut möglich ist wenn man nicht gut französisch sprechen sollte, da sie auf dem selben Grundstück wohnt hätte man im Notfall sicher auch immer eine Ansprechpartnerin. Der Pool darf zu bestimmen Zeiten genutzt werden und zum Meer und See ist es nicht sehr weit. Die Unterkunft ist für Paare oder Familien gut geeignet. Wobei vieleicht zu erwähnen ist, das das Bad und somit WC nur durch das untere Schlafzimmer offen zu begehen ist. Das mag evtl nicht jeder. Zu diesem Schlafzimmer führt eine Schiebetür. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist offen über eine kleine Treppe zu ereichen und verfügt über eine Schräge. Es gibt 3 Klimaanlagen so das es auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm ist. Parken war kein Problem wir durften sogar netterweise unseren Motorradanhänger auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Moderne, gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für 3 Personen groß genug. St. Jean gehört zwar nicht zu den schönsten Gegenden der Provence, liegt dafür aber verkehrsgünstig zwischen der Camargue und Marseille. Deshalb nicht die volle Punktzahl. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Sie hat uns sogar Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.
