Nice place to stay for a family

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment. The pool was great but the marble flooring was very slippery and dangerous when wet. The extra cost for air conditioning (of 25 euros per day) was expensive, considering the cost of using the apartment. It is well located near a convenience store and bus stop.

Excellent expert

Highly recommend this spacious and well maintained flat. The proprietor, Ludwig, was extremely professional and the level of customer service was absolutely top notch. The flat was bright (with loads of natural light), modern, attractive, and fully equipped, including a washing machine, lovely private pool and sunbeds. The kitchen and bathrooms were particularly up to date with nice appliances and fixtures. The street location was quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view of the sea provided a peaceful ambience and it was only a brief walk to the beach. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we are grateful to the proprietors for allowing us the opportunity to stay at their property. Highly recommend. Five stars!

Lovely apartment and fabulous location

A great venue for a group of friends with well appointed flat and plenty of space and facilties. We especially enjoyed the barbecue and the nearby town (picturesque harbour) has beach bars in one direction and a wonderful selection of restaurants and plenty of shops for the everyday supplies in the other direction. Good advice too from the lady who greeted us on places to go. Loved that this is a Maltese holiday spot not over touristy. Very relaxing. Car hire probably best although we did take bus to Valetta.

Sehr schönes Apartment, aber sehr hellhörig

Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte auch einen kleinen Blick direkt zum Meer, Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden, war sehr gut. Die Vermieter auch sehr hilfsbereit. Was die Gesamtbewertung jedoch sehr eingeschränkt hat, war, dass in den Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes 4 junge Paare direkt über uns bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert haben, angefangen von lauter Musik über Gegrölle und man hat alles gehört, als ob sie alle neben einem stehen, inkl. vom Toilettengang zum Duschen und alle Aktivitäten, die man sonst noch Nachts so treibt. Nach dem Aufenthalt habe ich es schätzen gelernt was guter Schallschutz bedeutet.

Gutes Apartment für einen Kurztrip

Wir haben das Apartment für ein langes Wochenende für 12 Mädels gebucht. Die Lage war sehr gut, ca 25 min vom Flughafen und 25min nach Valetta, 5 min Fussweg zum Meer, leider kein Sandstrand war aber ok. Es waren sehr wenige Touristen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Man hat schnell antworten bzw. Auskunft bekommen, selbst wenn man ein Taxi gebraucht hat, haben sie sehr schnell eins organisiert. Leider konnten wir nicht früher einchecken, aber man konnte sein Gepäck abstellen. Einchecken hat auch gut geklappt leider waren 4 Betten noch nicht fertig gerichtet und es waren leider auch Bettlaken dreckig. Haben Bescheid gesagt und es wurde versucht zu beheben. In einem Bad ging die Klospülung nicht richtig. Das letzte negative ist die Farbe im Pool, diese ging ab und man hatte es an Beinen und Armen. Alles in einem war das ein gutes Apartment mit schönem Meerblick und gut geeignet für einen kurzen Urlaub.

Super logement !

Nous étions un groupe de 11 jeunes entre 21 et 26 ans et nous avons adoré découvrir l'île de Malte en séjournant dans ce logement offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Ce logement était très bien situé, propre et calme (très bien isolé). Nous avons adoré la terrasse avec piscine, idéale en plein mois d'août. Les gérants ont été très réactifs pour répondre à nos besoins, super location !

We had a nice holiday in San Tumas. It was a big appartment with his own swimmingpool which was really needed with the hot wheater. We could always call if there was a problem with the water or the airco. We had a very nice week!

Es waren tolle Tage. Gute Ausstattung, super für Gruppen geeignet. Shops, Lokale und Busstation in Gehnähe. Transfer hat sehr gut geklappt. Alles was vereinbart war hat gepasst. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vermieter waren präsent und hilfsbereit.

Super appartement!

Met 10 dames hebben we optimaal genoten van dit nieuwe, nette appartement met heerlijk zwembad(je). Alles is ruim opgezet en aanwezig (keuken met oven, vaatwasser, goed serviesgoed en bestek, slaapkamers met lekkere kussens en matrassen, dakterras met zwembad, ligbedden, stoelen en bbq). Het dakterras ligt op het oosten, waardoor de zon vanaf zonsopkomst tot halverwege de middag aanwezig is. Het is rustig gelegen aan de kust in een doodlopende straat. Binnen 2 minuten lopen kun je een duik nemen bij een mooi stukje kust met rotsen. Een mini zandstrand vind je 5 minuten lopen verderop. De bus naar zowel luchthaven als Valletta stoppen vlakbij. Op loopafstand zijn een aantal terrassen, restaurants en supermarkten te vinden. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Rosanne en zij helpt graag waar ze kan. Een aanrader!

Great apartment!!

Great apartment! Really huge and the rooms and common arras are great. Really good hosts.They help us arrange our transfer from the airport and again to the airport. Also, we went out one night and because we were so many (10 friends), we asked if they could arrange a transfer to pick us up in st julians (were the bars and clubs are) and they did it too. The apartment is far away from the center but the public transport works really well so we used the bus. The wifi costs extra as well as other stuffs but thats the only thing. Great stay. Thanks!
