The Flower Garden is a charming property located on the edge of Marsala, ancient, coastal town situated at the extreme western point of Sicily.
The villa is immersed in a gorgeous garden full of citrus trees, aromatic and ornamental plants, and it boasts a lovely swimming pool (which is 6 x 12 meters, with a depth comprised between 1.20 and 2.40 meters) and wide, sunny terraces which are the perfect spots for breakfast or for al fresco dining.

The Flower Garden has been recently renovated, it develops on three floors with a surface of over 300 m2. The ground floor is home to a sitting room, a study, a dining room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms.

On the two upper floors we find three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with en-suite tub and terrace.

In the adjoining annex is the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and living area with kitchenette.

The villa is equipped with all mod cons, such as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, washing machine, dishwasher and outdoor kitchen. It is the ideal place for a pleasant, relaxing vacation in Sicily, and is also a perfect base for visting the best destinations of western Sicily such as: the saltpans with their typical windmills, the old town centers of Trapani and Marsala, the medieval village of Erice, the temples of Segesta and Selinunte, San Vito lo Capo, the Egadi Islands and the Zingaro nature reserve.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, daily cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Heating: on consumption.
Pets: Not allowed.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
