Food was okay. Have to pay extra for real juice, which is disappointing- especially because they don’t warn you about that but surprise you with the bill later. Only other juice available is gross fake sugar-water juice. Not much in the way of healthy options, either beverage or food-wise.

Hassled by the animation team a lot. At least 3 times an evening. Near impossible to get sunbeds. Food good, rooms clean. Everything charged in euros and constantly trying to push other drinks not in package on you. Italian restaurant poor. Others good.

the hotel is gorgeous, lovely staff very helpful and friendly pool barman Hassan and Ahmed thank you in the restaurant Mr. Abdulkadir was so nice greeting everyone and recommend something always what a lovely man thank you A very special thank you to Mahmud "Housekeeping guy" super clean and polite overall it was a lovely relaxing break and i will come back

I would avoid!

Just an average hotel, definitely not 5*, not even 4* in European standards. It's short in terms of rooms, food, service with poor to extremely unprofessional in handling one simple complaint and just a non stop flow of lies by their complacent managers and everyone either lies or tries to cover for someone else that it makes you feel disgusted so unless you are willing to not complaint about anything or anyone even if you have an issue then I would definitely stay avoid at any cost ! So if you want to still visit it then it's at your own risk cos your vacation can turn into a nightmare
