This fun, spacious, kid friendly, wooded retreat is just south of Wolf Laurel Skiing, west of the Blue Ridge Parkway and north of Asheville. Truly the perfect location!

Rosshaven’s open floor plan includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with large island and a dining table that seats 12. The main floor includes large picture windows, master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite double sink bathroom, 3 additional themed bedrooms and a shared bathroom, laundry room, great room and kitchen. Downstairs boasts an entertainment room with an elegant home theater, lobby and game room, including a pool table that doubles as a game table. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with king bed, a bathroom and sleeper sofa in the game room.

• Pirates Cove Room with a pirate bed and murals (queen bed)

This rental was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the themed rooms, game room and the home theater the best! We were able to bring our small dog. It has a nice fire pit and picnic tables area. ( we couldn't use the fire pit due to the state ban though) The views were awesome. We had a few minor issues when we got there, but Heidi was great to communicate with. There were areas that were not the cleanest, but still give this place 5 stars cuz it is just that nice!

We had a wonderful stay for our son’s wedding in the area! Our group loved the themed rooms and the home was comfortable and set up with VRBO visitors needs in mind.
