ZEPHYR it has been one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. When we arrived we were forced to wait at reception for 3 hours without an explanation. No one at the hotel speaks any basic English and only communicate in French. I was also incorrectly charged tax. When we were taken to our room there was dirt smeared all over the walls. Also there were ants all over the kitchen counter top and bugs on the floor. I have provided videos to Expedia. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Also we booked the spa package. But when we got there they said there wasn't a booking and that the spa was fully booked. This just added to the unorganisation of this hotel. The staff are rude and keep you waiting for no reason without an apology. Expedia have said they tried to contact the hotel but no repsonse, so I don't understand why is this hotel allowed to operate when it has no standards.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of options - the rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. Bathroom has a bath and shower is good with pressured hot water. Only think about bathroom is there should be a soap dish and also a place to put your toothbrush / comb etc . Also the tissue box was not replaced. Overall a good experience.

I Stayed At This Hotel For Two Weeks, And Unfortunately, My Experience Was Far From Satisfactory. The Overall Condition Of The Property Was Poor, And My Room Was Dirty Upon Arrival. Even More Concerning, I Encountered Roaches In The Room, Which Made The Stay Extremely Uncomfortable. The Issues Didn't Stop There. The Staff Was Consistently Rude And Unhelpful Throughout My Stay. I Was Charged Taxes At The Hotel Despite Having Already Paid Taxes Through Expedia, And When I Raised This Concern, The Situation Was Handled Poorly. After Requesting A Room Change, I Was Relocated, Only To Find That The New Room Was Also Dirty. Given These Experiences, I Do Not Recommend Staying At This Hotel. Significant Improvements Are Needed, Particularly In Cleanliness, Staff Professionalism, And Overall Guest Engagement. Until These Issues Are Addressed, Guests Are Likely To Encounter The Same Problems I Did.

My time at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! The staffs were welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean as well and it was a serene environment. The traditional meal was well prepared by the chefs. A 10/10 stay i highly recommend.
