The villa is only available for rent for families and married couples to be confirmed during the booking request. (Please note: We do not accept bookings for groups of men.)
The villa comprises:
First floor (170 m² living space):
- Two spacious living rooms: one with traditional Moroccan charm and the other with European inspiration (TV).
- A dining room.
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom:
- A suite with a double bed.
- A bedroom equipped with two single beds.
- A modern and fully equipped independent kitchen.
- A practical laundry room.
Upstairs:
- A spectacular 150 m² terrace, with a lounge area, offering a 360° panoramic view of the Moroccan countryside.
- An outdoor lounge, perfect for starry evenings or a moment of relaxation.
Outdoor & garden:
- A large garden of 1,000 m², ideal for reconnecting with nature.
- A private swimming pool (3.5 m x 7.5 m): ranging from 90cm to 1m60 deep), bordered by 4 sunbeds for a pure moment of relaxation.
- An outdoor dining room to enjoy your meals in the open air.

To make your stay even more pleasant, Dar Mazaheer provides you with an attentive and discreet house staff:
- A housekeeper, to ensure impeccable space throughout your stay.
The staff stays on site, in an adjoining house to guarantee your privacy.
Included in your rental:
- The daily cleaning service.
- When you leave the villa, it is done automatically.
- In your presence, cleaning can be done on request.
The kitchen is entirely at your disposal: you can cook freely, just like at home.
And if you want us to prepare a meal for you, don't hesitate to ask us at least 1 day in advance!
Prices:
Breakfast
- Adults: €7 per person and €4 per child.
Lunch:
- Adults: €15 per person (including starter, main course and dessert) same for dinner.
- Children under 12 years old: €7
If you wish to go out during your stay, we offer a free babysitting service.
