Our anniversary stay at Riad Secret Mahjouba was absolutely unforgettable, largely due to the flawless service and incredible warmth of the staff. From the moment I first got in touch to explain this was an anniversary surprise for my wife their communication was prompt, helpful, and accommodating. They executed my special requests with stunning attention to detail. The beautiful arrangement of fresh roses, the perfectly handwritten card, and traditional Moroccan tea and pastries waiting for us in our balcony room made for a truly magical arrival. The riad itself is in an amazing location in the Medina, within close walking proximity to all the main areas. It also features a beautiful pool area which felt incredibly private due to the setting. Because the riad doesn't have a lot of rooms, the whole space feels wonderfully exclusive and peaceful. What makes this beautiful boutique riad even more exceptional is the team. Hajiba, Mouad, Rachida, and Jihane went completely above and beyond to make us feel at home from our very first interaction to the very last minute of our stay. They were deeply attentive, warm, and anticipated our every need, blending high-end professionalism with genuine Moroccan hospitality. We cannot thank them enough for making our special occasion so perfect. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, private, and deeply caring place to stay in Marrakech, I cannot recommend Riad Secret Mahjouba highly enough.
