We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and well kept. It’s hidden among the streets of Medina. I’m glad we stayed there with our kids. The staff was very helpful at all times.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately feel a sense of calm and warmth that contrasts beautifully with the energy outside. The staff is exceptional, genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail of your stay is perfect. They are incredibly thoughtful and proactive, always checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly and that you feel at home. The facilities are clean and very well maintained, with a beautiful traditional design that adds to the overall experience. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great start to the day. The spa services were a highlight; truly top-notch. From the ambiance to the treatments themselves, everything felt luxurious and relaxing. Absolutely beautiful riad!! Our room was amazing and very spacious and the location is perfect. The staff was so sweet and accommodating and gave us great recommendations- and got us a reservation for the best meal we had in Marrakech! We also loved having breakfast on the beautiful rooftop. We loved staying here and will definitely recommend to friends!

This was the most amazing and hospitable Riad! And it is absolutely stunning. The 2 gentleman working (sorry, I forgot their names) were so great and gave excellent advice for local restaurants and tips. This was the best stay in our whole 2 week vacation in Morocco.

Beautiful riad in a perfect location!

Don’t look any further, book this riad! My wife and I stayed here during our time in Marrakech. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and the property itself is a dream. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and drinking wine from the rooftop patio. We also booked a couples hamman (traditional Moroccan bath)/ massage and I’m still dreaming about the experience.

Even the French can’t find anything to criticise about Riad Rafaele! A little oasis of peace in the middle of the busy Medina. The staff is amazing and always goes the extra mile to accommodate. The bedrooms are large, clean and welcoming and the massages very needed after a long day walking in the Souk. Definitely recommend this property.

The Riad was a nice haven away from hustle and bustle of the markets. The owners were very helpful with tips during our stay. All of the staff were very accomodating. I especially likes that there was the shaded lounge areas to cool down after a long hot day but if you wanted some sun the terrace had plenty of areas to sit. Meals and drinks were lovely and tasty

Look no further, this is the place to stay!

Such a beautiful, clean, amazing location! I did lots of research on where to stay and im so glad i chose this place. The entrance seems a bit hidden but once you get into the riad, you discover such a gorgeous location. Everyone was extremely helpful and even had the opportunity to meet the owner who was friendly and assisted us with an issue himself. The food here is so good! The chicken tagine was the best i had in Morocco! Definitely going back here when i return!

This Riad was lovely. Clean and quiet. The food at the on-site restaurant was very good. The room was comfortable and the pool was great to have after some long days out. The stand out was Marwan (manager/concierge ?). He was so helpful and fun to chat with. He made our experience a step above what we expected.
