Good riad in Marrakech

Very pleasant staff ! Breakfast included. Very nice bedroom. Nice space with a swimming pool on the rooftop. Close to Jeema El Fna square, but no noise in the street. Several propositions of activities close to Marrakech

On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming, with mint tea and confectionery while we registered. We were early so they happily looked after our luggage while we went for lunch. On our return we were shown to our superior room. We were somewhat taken aback once inside. The entire room was painted black, the walls and the ceiling, even the bathroom was painted black, walls, ceiling and including the bath. It obviously made it very dark and dingy and it felt very oppressive. Once the lamps were turned out at night it was completely black and very disorienting. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room either. On our return from our evening out, we were told by the night porter that we had to settle our bill there and then at 10.30pm. He also informed us they only wanted cash and that the card reader wasn’t working. when I told them I didn’t have cash to pay him he told us to go to an ATM to get some. I refused to do that, so he made a call and the card machine miraculously stayed working. Incredibly cynical of the management. I messaged the riad twice via Expedia and called twice to book an airport transfer and didn’t get a single response. On the upside the roof terrace is lovely and the rooftop pool a rarity in Marrakech. The terrace is the reason I gave the amenities 4 stars.

デザインに凝った装飾があり、モロッコ気分が上がりました。 朝食に卵料理がなかったのが残念でしたが、頼んだら作ってくれたのかもしれません。 宿に着くのが少し大変でしたが、帰りは有料でスーツケースの運搬と空港までのタクシーも頼めました。 助かりました。

It smell of sewage as we walked into the room. The shower floor gets flooded while you shower. Maybe because we are on the ground floor. We didn't ask to have a room change because my husband has a hard time climbing because he has a knee operation. We worried about carrying our luggage since there is no elevator. But the staff are excellent. The location is good. We just turned on the exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove the sewage smell and it works a little bit.

Nice tucked away hotel

This Riad is a hidden gem inside the medina. Finding it is a little tricky but that s all riads in the medina. Staff are great help and would make you fell very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Très beau Riad avec un personnel topissime !!

C'est la 3eme fois que j'y retourne avec ma famille et toujours qu'une envie c'est de rester. Un personnel topissime avec un accueil toujours aussi chaleureux très gentil et je tiens à tous les remercier un par un. Un grand Merci à Fatima Samira malika Mohamed et Jafaar!! Vous nous manquez et c'est toujours un déchirement le départ du Riad Hermes. Nous reviendrons encore et encore et je le conseillerai toujours autant à mon entourage et surtout ma famille. Hâte de revenir et de retrouver cette merveilleuse équipe du personnel qui est toujours au petit soin et avec le sourire. Un réel plaisir et c'est topissime!! A tout bientôt, prenez soin de vous.
