We had an excellent stay at Riad Enchante. The staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. The rooms were very comfortable and kept spotless with daily housekeeping. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the rooftop while watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful views over the city — a truly special experience.The riad is perfectly located in the Medina, just a short walk from many of Marrakech’s main attractions. The staff also assisted us with arranging transfers, which we strongly recommend, as the riad can be somewhat difficult to locate independently. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The entire Riad was spotless. The breakfasts were out of this world. The staff at this Riad went out of their way on a daily basis to see that our every need was met. We scheduled a pick up from the train station upon arrival with a porter guiding us to the Riad within the Medina- thank goodness too many turns then down a secret passage. We also arrange for same assistance for our departure to the airport. The room was Nice, clean with daily housekeeping services and a free breakfast yummy! We also enjoyed a rooftop dinner-Delicious! Kaleet, Bribe & Illyas were very helpful with directions, attention to helping us in any way possible

Wonderful experience staying at this authentic Riad where tradition meets comfort. The rooms and common spaces are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Our stay at Riad Enchanté was absolutely wonderful. The riad was beautiful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Khalid, Omar, and Esham were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ensuring we had everything we needed.
