Lovely!

The Riad is lovely inside! Some of the sheets and towels are a little threadbare and the curtains in my room were just a tad too small for their windows, but the room was comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast was perfect, and it made me wish I had an extra day in the city.

Nice hotel

The hotel is a little walk away from the Souks and 10 minutes walk to the Jamaa Al Fanaa. The Riad itself is very clean but the room I stayed in had no windows and I found that to be a little claustrophobic. The hotel is situated by the kinds palace and is away from the busy city.

Small traditional riad in the medina.

Expedia were misleading about the facilities available at this hotel. The airport transfer was not included in the price, contrary to the web page/our itinerary from Expedia. The room was clean but miniscule, bed was very hard, the bathroom lacked privacy and only had a hand held shower (contrary to Expedia's description). Our complaints have not been dealt with as yet.

I honestly have nothing to complain about everything was perfect! So cozy and nice looking riad. The breakfast was probably the best part! I already miss it! And such a good service, they help you with everything. My advice is to get the breakfast!!!!

Das Riad ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir könnten die Innenstadt komplett zu Fuß erkunden. Auch im Dunkeln fühlt man sich in der Gegend nicht unwohl! Dadurch, dass es klein ist, entsteht eine sehr angenehme, familiäre Stimmung und man erlebt eher das marokkanische Leben, als in einem dieser langweiligen Hotels! Wer also kein Problem damit hat, dass das Badezimmer nur einen Sichtschutz hat und kein eigener Raum ist, für den ist es perfekt!

We loved the Riad in APRIL -yes, but unfortunely we booked wrong (for may intead of april) and Yessin from the Riad promised us to talk to eypedia via email (the german expedia guy confirmed it via phone and even wrote you an email) so we could get our money back.....but nothing happend! i am very sad that you broke your promise.
