Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied. I couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Mohammed Bqchir, IMAD, Aisha, Jaouad. Thanks once again. property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice. Breakfast a bit for everyone. Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony. Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall.

Everything was in good working order, in what I think was the best area to stay in Marrakech. We were able to easily walk everywhere from this central location, and felt very safe near high end hotels. Lovely part of town. The room has a small fridge and microwave, so we made our breakfast. AC didn’t keep the room cool enough and I booked a poolside view but got city. Hotel is looking tired. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Had a nespresso machine but no spoon or milk. Complimentary water was good. Cleanliness in the room probably as good as they could get - bathrooms need a refurb in reality. Well positioned though.
