Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The owners English was not very fluently, still he manage to communicate, the property is clean and comfortable, only thing is that the only place that have AC is in the master bedroom, will be nice if the other room will have some, the Summer Is hot in Marrakesh needs AC on the other rooms. Others than that property was good, close to downtown too.

Très bruyant, à mon arrivée il y avait déjà des travaux et ceci tous les jours à partir du matin 8h30 et c'était très pénible . Pour ce qui est de l'intimité ce n'est pas vraiment le top, dans l'appt il y a un puits d'air pour faire passer la lumière qui donne directement accès au voisin du dessus et c'est très gênant, car si nous les entendons parler à contrarions c'est la même chose.Par contre, le soir c'est très calme et l'endroit est sécurisant, les voisins (à l'entrée du parking)) sont très aimables.
