Villa Elio is a beautiful property, located near the Golf Course of Palmeraie,few minutes from Marrakech.
Immersed in two acres garden, well maintained, the swimming pool 25 meters long (it can be heated until 26°, on request), a large terrace with sunbeds, for the relaxing moments, a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dinners, all together,There is also a pool house, 90 square meters, with the fireplace and a dining area that can accommodate up 40 people. This area is perfect for yoga lessons, Pilates and dance classes.
For the younger a ping pong table, petanque area and the trampoline.
Complete the spaces outside the courtyard attached on the main building, from here we enter inside, in the lounge room, bright and comfortable with the TV, sofas and a beautiful fireplace, for the cooler periods. This space is open into the covered loggia outside, there is also a dining room and the living room with another fireplace and the direct access to the garden. At this floor there are two en suite bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 4 single beds.

Villa Elio is a domestic staff property, the guest will find the cook and the housekeeper, the gardener, is also possible to enjoy the half and full board service, the breakfast is included in the price
