The resort was nice, but not what we expected. The food was good, but limited hours of operation for food. The mini bar had an extra up charge, which is news to us, in regards to other all inclusive resorts. The CS was great, tho! I would give them a 5, but overall is definitely a 3! A resort that we personally will never be back. Plus is mainly for retired folks! Not our preference.

​Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. While some parts of the property are a bit worn and dated, the overall experience and service were fantastic. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, it's clean and the staff were fine. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was that I was there for my birthday and it wasn't acknowledged at all by anyone, despite it being mentioned to the hotel and the a la carte restaurant. My friend even emailed the hotel to try to pay for something for me and she got no reply.

I felt like this place is for the tourist that wants to play it safe, with bland food, not much cultural immersion and made for a very Northern European or North American guest. There are rules and they are meant to keep things orderly and disciplined but the one rule that was unacceptable is wearing a ribbon-like bracelet throughout your whole stay and if you cut it off, it’s 15 Euros to replace it each time. The ribbon bracelet made us feel like tagged animals, as it stays wet after washing hands, showers, etc. we found it to be unsanitary and it could make you an easy target when trying to barter in the souks. Anyhow, I stayed here due to being with family but if I was with friends etc would have stayed at a more immersive place. The gym was nice and the garden to walk through was peaceful but the pools are definitely not heated enough in the winter unless you’re a seal with a lot of blubber to keep you warm!

Staff here are wonderful. The room was a great size (we booked the Junior Suite with hot tub) and it had the most perfect view. Food was plentiful and there were lots of options, we were disappointed with the a la carte restaurant but the buffet was very good. With lots of healthy choices available as well as the treats. The room could do with a few coat hooks - random point but there was no where to put them. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the security team at the gate, to reception, waiters, chefs and bar staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention to Mia from the entertainment team, who was brilliant at bingo on our last night and kept everyone laughing and engaged. such a great way to end the holiday. We couldn’t fault the service and would happily return.

Really really great resort and it made my trip really memorable. December in Morocco can be really chilly in the mornings and nights so dress warmly as there is only a short period of time in the middle of the day where the hotter temps come around (17-22). Location is tucked away even though you are very close to the Jemaa el-Fna Square (10 mins walk). Right next door there is a craft center if you do not want to make the walk to the square (Chambre d'Artisanat Marocain) and a nice park across the street. Pools: there are pools and while people do take the loungers near them most are not going into the pool. Entertainment: I love how each day there is an agenda of activities. Always keeps you engaged and not bored. Michael especially made it great as he actively made rounds to everyone to ask how they were doing or to get participation in activities. Food: Honestly I was worried how I would react to the food but there was sooo many options at each breakfast, lunch, dinner to cover peoples different tastes. I never ate so much food and loved it all. Guests/Vibe: Maybe December being "off-season" played a part but there were a lot of seniors who stayed here. That might be a nagative if you were hoping for a live group of guests but if you want a relaxing stay it is the best group of people. So nice and easy to talk to. All in all, I would come back again and I am not alone there were many repeat guests there that come each year.
