They were excellent. Very accommodating to our late arrival. Beautiful room with a roof top terrace of our own. Wonderful breakfast and right in the center of everything. A splendid stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is total subtle luxury. You can’t tell from the street and when the door opens so does the entrance to a beautiful property.

The staff are warm, attentive and friendly. An oasis of calm in the chaos of the Medina. The facilities are exceptional with 2 pools. ..so best of both worlds. Pools to relax by in the heat, short walk to the souks and sights. Our room was a junior suite. It was right near the courtyard pool, a huge space with an open fire and a few steps to the restaurant. Breakfast was generous and varied with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice every day.

The hotel itself is fantastic and close to everything. The grounds are immaculate and there was plenty of greenery via plants and beautiful flowers and roses in/on the courtyard fountain. The daily breakfast offerings were also a plus. The amenity that we enjoyed the most was the rooftop pool with beautiful views of the city. Lastly, the staff were awesome, the service they provided was excellent. They checked in often to make sure we were happy. After some time we were able to get their names and address them by their first names. Abdel, Khadijah, Kamal, Customer Experience Coordinator Hassam and Rasheed our driver. The young lady in the shop ( unfortunately I forget her name) was also very helpful. We appreciated all of their efforts which made our stay really special and memorable. Thank you.
