Loved the breakfast great variety and the waiter was fabulous! Room was a little small for three people and pillows hard but the staff was wonderful from the desk staff, check in and wait staff. Would visit there again!!!!

Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty. I booked the hammam/massage there and i really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The location was perfect, only 15 mins walk away from Jemaa El Fenaa. Overall i would book this riad again.

They help us a lot, they were very extra nice with my family and me, it was a great time. This gentleman's help us with everything that we need. The riad was very clean and fresh. It looked like it did on the photos which is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, welcoming us with tea and giving us advice on how to navigate the city. Unfortunately it was raining when we were visiting so we didn’t use the terrace, and without it there weren’t really any good areas to chill. Overall great experience.

Room was in good condition however it’s very smaller than it looks in pictures. Basically it’s one person bed. In bathroom, wash basin has no hot water in whole stay, though I informed the manager but nothing was done to fix it. Also room had no heating and it was cold specially in night because it was month of January. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Location is also good.

The riad is beyond stunning, relaxing and every staff made our experience 10/10. Big shout out to the manager (feel awful now for forgetting his name!) nothing was too big of an ask, helped us understand Marrakesh, where to go etc. breakfast was lovely, room was beautiful and bed and new towels on most days. The courtyard was beautiful and well-maintained with a big swimming pool. The staff was helpful in tracing my missed luggage. Overall, it was a nice stay though it seemed a bit commercial.

Hotel in central location, all sightseeing can easily be done within 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff is just great! They will help you Organize your stay in marrakech when it comes to trips, guides and food. I absolutely recommend to do the cooking class in this hotel! The only thing worth mentioning is, that the location is centrally in the Medina which can be rough for tourists by evening/night.

My partner and I stayed here our first night in Marrakesh. The guys at the reception were very friendly. They gave us a full explanation of the surrounding area and a map. After some mint tea to welcome us in, they helped us bring our bags to the rooms. We didn’t have chance to try the spa services, but they look lovely. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks! :)
