I’ve stated this hotel multiple times. It is one of my favorite hotels in Marrekesh. The staff is absolutely amazing. They catered to the guests and they even brought cookies to my room. It’s a very sweet gesture. The food is also very tasty. It is in a very safe area with plenty of restaurants.

Have to wait until 3:00pm to have the room ready. Quiet area. Another hotel construction just beside so a lot of noise . Breakfast is okay . 35 min walk to place jemma and toubia tower . 15 min walk to carre eden . Thumbs up to Mr. Hamza (concierge/security) at the entrance door, always smiling, very helpful to every question , every need . Recommended and will return .

The family-owned hotel with everything you may possibly need to make your vacation memorable, and a beautiful vibe. The couple are so friendly, cordial, and personable. It’s located wonderfully: absolutely close to both bus station (in case you are using public transport to/from the town), the Medina, souls, beaches … You cannot beat the cleanliness, the amount of care they provide, and hospitality. I extended my stay and couldn’t think of any other hotel to go before my flight back to London. Thank you so much 💕

The staff were very helpful with tips and directions. The breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive and offering extras for example omelettes or warming bread and bringing hot drinks. Wi-Fi was not reliable. The hotel could use some improvement to rooms specially bathrooms. The one thing that we need to warn people is parking. Please take pictures if you are gonna leave the keys with them. Our rented car got scratches and no one held responsibility for them. If you are staying only in Marrakech, don’t rent a car, taxi or Uber is always there, better walk. This place to close to almost everything.
