The hotel is simple but very well located. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. Bathroom could be a little cleaner but as it is shared, it is understandable that they can’t keep it clean at all times. The staff is friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Smack-dab in the medina and minutes from the square, this clean hotel offers clean, simple rooms, shared terrace and accommodating staff. If you are looking for excellent value for money and are happy with the basics, this is the hotel/riad for you. The staff were incredibly helpful and although there was a little mix up with rooms initially, we couldn’t have been happier with the service. They helped us with navigation around the medina, organising taxis and even printing boarding passes. Room was basic with a sink and one/two plug points but we aren’t fussy and this was all we needed. The housekeeping was excellent and the communal areas (bathroom and roof terrace) were constantly being kept clean. For the price you pay, this exceeds expectations and offers a welcoming and comfortable stay.
