Nous sommes arrivés, la personne npus a changé de ryad, et la chambre n etait pas celle quz l on avait reservé, sale, sans lumiere, nous avons du reservé un autre hotel en urgence

Nos mandaron a otro hostal mucho peor sin avisar

Realmente no puedo valorar porque nunca conseguimos dormir allí. Hicimos la reserva con dos semanas de antelación y cuando llegamos nos derivaron a otro hostal a 10 minutos de distancia que no tenía nada que ver con lo que habíamos reservado. Pagamos por baño privado y nunca lo tuvimos.. por unas fotografías que no eran la realidad a la hora de la llegada y no nos avisaron hasta que llegamos, con lo cual no podíamos reclamarlo ya la hora que era porque necesitábamos pasar la noche.
