Stayed 4 nights at the Door Janna and had a wonderful experience. The staff were beyond helpful, the property is beautiful and my room could not have been more comfortable. I was fortunate enough to receive a free upgrade on arrival and felt welcome and looked after as a solo woman traveller. Breakfast was also very good. The location was great as even though it’s in the medina it was only a short walk to a taxi rank. There were also many attractions, souks and restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely be staying at Door Janna when I return to Marrakech.

Absolutely stunning Riad where the staff could not do more for you. They were so attentive and helpful. Riad is so close to lots of restaurants such as Dar Dar, Otto and La Pergola. Breakfast is delicious and the roof terrace is a lovely place to sit or sunbathe. Rooms are beautifully decorated with everything that you need.

Fabulous Riad

Wonderful Riad in a perfect location. Beautifully refurbished to a very high standard. Comfortable rooms. Perfect rooftop with splash-pool, seating and sunbeds, a great place to enjoy breakfast. Would happily return.

Beautiful Riad in Heart of Medina

I had an amazing stay at door janna & would 1000% recommend it. It is a true work of art & in midddle of the medina yet in a quiet corner far from the hustle & bustle. Yassine gave us superb customer service. From the moment I booked the riad, I got excellent customer service via whatsapp until I arrived. Yassine also arranged our airport pick up. Rooms are so beautifully decorated with true essence of North Africa & very cozy. Entire staff so so friendly & attentive. Great breakfast in rooftop. I loved every moment of my stay & I cant wait to go back again. Thank you Yassine & Door Janna.

Lovely tranquil hotel

Riad Door Janna was a lovely hotel. A tranquil escape from the business of the Medina. Staff were friendly and room has everything you need. Rooftop on a nice day is a lovely escape. This is not a comment regarding the hotel, but hotels.com. The address provided in hotels.com was wrong, and those that have been to Marrakech know the medina is a bit of a maze. I have emailed hotel.com.

Lovely Riad in the Medina

Lovely Riad … once you find it. It is not where Apple Maps says it it. Food is good. If I had one not so good thing to say, it is the large number of glass water bottles that are used.

This is a beautiful and new riad. The decor is classic, comfortable and cosy yet it had an airy feel in the rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was lavish, with mermen, a delicious omelette, local jams and honey, cheese and fresh orange juice. We became unwell when we were there and the whole team took care of us. It is a beautiful Road and very accessible when visiting the sights in the south of the Medina. The roof top was stunning, with excellent views of the Koutobia mosque and a lovely pool. We would love to come again.

Perfect Riad — traditional meets modern!
